Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, complete our paid-advertising qualification form, request an audit, or book a call, we collect the details you choose to share, which may include:

• Marketing-related details such as your goals, timeline, whether you currently run ads, your role in the business, and your approximate marketing budget range; and

When you visit our site, we and our analytics provider may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and general interaction data, through cookies and similar technologies.

• Lacad Consulting (our advertising partner). If you ask about or qualify for paid advertising, we share the information you submit with Lacad Consulting so they can evaluate fit and contact you about advertising services. Lacad delivers and manages the advertising and handles that information under its own privacy practices.
• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate our business, including hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), call scheduling (Calendly), website analytics (Google Analytics), and video hosting (Vimeo). They process information on our behalf to provide these services.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If R&C is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.
